Tatyana Slavny
Tatyana runs Slavny Homes and works closely with a team of professionals that include her husband and father. Family is very important to her and those family values extend to her business and customer interactions. She passionately represents her clients to exceed their expectations by utilizing her marketing expertise, knowledge of market trends and strong negotiation skills.
Prior to becoming a realtor, Tatyana graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Commerce and a minor in marketing. She is also a certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and speaks four languages fluently (English, French, Russian and Hebrew).
Tatyana has the experience, education and passion to get her clients the results they want. Additionally, she is dedicated to providing premium customer service, making the process as enjoyable as possible from start to finish.
Shayne Kane
Shayne Kane is an award winning and accredited certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) who has a strong commitment to excellence and a keen intuition for his customer’s needs. Since 2016, he has been providing his clients with business savvy, clear strategies that have proven to exceed customer expectations. He always strives to provide top quality customer service throughout the buying or selling transaction process, all the way through to closing day.
Prior to joining Slavny Homes, he worked in Marketing and advertising helping with top leading companies redefine their branding strategies by utilizing the last trends in social media, online marketing and print to elevate and grow corporate identities. Using these skills, Shayne now helps promote his client’s listings to maximize exposure and get top results.
With a strong work ethic and a passionate and enthusiastic approach, Shayne gets the results his clients deserve by keeping his client’s best interest always at the forefront.
Ilya Slavny
Joining the team back in 2015, Ilya Slavny has garnered professional real estate awards for his exemplary hard work and passion in assisting his clients achieve great results. Together with his keen sense of the market, experience and reliable knowledge of the industry, allows him to clearly understand and find the right opportunities for his clients.
Ilya provides a full-service real estate experience including resale residential, new-homes and pre-construction homes. Known for his tenacious negotiations and his unmatched devotion to clients, Ilya’s success is based on positive referrals. He earns the respect of his clients by working tirelessly on their behalf, providing caring customer service and by always offering them candid advice.
Ilya comes from an engineering and entrepreneurial business background who speaks fluently in both English and Russian languages. When he’s away from assisting his clients, Ilya enjoys spending time in his community with his family and his dog Keira.
